Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Process
Contact our customer service to initiate a return. We will arrange for collection or guide you on shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Perishable goods, custom‑ordered items, and electronics with opened seals are not eligible for return unless defective.
